官方案例暴露的风险
景德镇市政府2026年6月20日公布新一批旅游市场典型案例，涉及旅行社向不合格供应商提供产品与服务等违法违规问题；此前官方案例还包括个人未经许可经营旅行社业务、导游向游客兜售物品等。
这说明“熟人介绍”“微信群低价团”或自称导游并不等于合法服务。包价旅游应由取得业务经营许可的旅行社组织，导游应能够出示并核验有效身份。
预订前的五项核对
核对旅行社全称和许可证；确认导游姓名、语言和资质；把景点、车辆、酒店、餐食及自费项目写入合同；明确是否有购物安排；保存付款凭证、聊天记录和紧急联系人。
对明显低于交通、门票和人工成本的报价保持警惕。所谓“免费参观工厂”可能转化为长时间购物；不希望购物时，应在合同中明确“纯玩、不进购物店”。
入境游客与多语服务
外语讲得流利不等于具备导游资格。英语、日语、法语、西班牙语、俄语或韩语服务应同时确认语言能力、合法身份和实际接待经验。
发生争议时先保证人身安全，保留证据并向平台、旅行社或监管渠道反映。不要因导游施压而购买不需要的高价陶瓷，也不要把护照交给非必要人员保管。

The municipal government published another set of tourism-market enforcement cases on June 20, 2026, including operators using unqualified suppliers. Earlier cases included individuals running package tours without a licence and guides selling goods to tourists.
A personal referral, social-media group or someone calling themselves a guide is not proof of legality. Package tours should be organized by a licensed travel agency, and the guide's valid identity should be verifiable.
Five checks before booking
Verify the agency's full legal name and licence; confirm the guide's name, language and credentials; put attractions, vehicle, hotel, meals and optional costs in the contract; state any shopping; and retain payment records and emergency contacts.
Treat offers far below realistic transport, admission and labour costs cautiously. A “free factory visit” can become a lengthy sales stop. If shopping is unwanted, write “no shopping stops” into the agreement.
International visitors and multilingual service
Fluency in English, Japanese, French, Spanish, Russian or Korean is not itself a guide licence. Confirm language ability, legal credentials and relevant group experience together.
If a dispute occurs, prioritize personal safety, retain evidence and contact the platform, agency or regulator. Do not buy expensive ceramics under pressure, and do not surrender a passport to nonessential personnel.
