先按购买目标选市场
陶溪川更适合寻找当代设计、作者作品和策展式市集；雕塑瓷厂兼具工作室、手作与休闲氛围；陶阳新村适合慢慢比较青年创作者和日常器物；陶博城则覆盖日用瓷、文创与较大规模采购。官方信息确认雕塑瓷厂、陶阳新村和陶博城均有常态化集市或交易空间。
不同市集的具体开市日会调整。出发前查看主办方当天公告，不要把春节或节假日的临时场次当作全年固定时刻。
购买前完成四项确认
先问清作品是否为摊主原创、是否有瑕疵、是否可复购，再确认单价、包装、寄送和破损处理。高价作品应索取作者、材质、尺寸、数量和金额清单；古旧器物或来源不清的物品不要按普通纪念品处理。
议价应先征得商家同意。拍摄创作者、工作台或作品细节也应先询问，不把开放市集理解为可任意复制设计。
带回酒店与寄回境外
小件之间要隔离，盖、把手和细颈单独缓冲；纸箱不要淋雨。寄往境外前向承运人核对尺寸、申报、保险、税费及目的国限制，并保存购买凭证和包装照片。
多人采购或携带易碎品时，可安排专车减少换乘；多语种导游能帮助沟通作品背景与订单，但付款、保险和海关责任仍由买卖双方及承运人确认。
Choose by buying goal
Taoxichuan suits contemporary design, named makers and curated markets; Sculpture Porcelain Factory mixes studios, handcraft and leisure; Taoyang New Village rewards patient comparison of young makers and everyday ware; Taobocheng covers tableware, cultural products and larger purchases. Official information confirms regular market or trading spaces at the latter three areas.
Schedules still change. Check the organizer's same-day notice and never treat a festival timetable as a year-round promise.
Make four checks before paying
Ask whether the work is the seller's own, whether it has defects and whether it can be reordered; then confirm price, packing, shipping and breakage handling. For valuable work, request a written list of maker, material, dimensions, quantity and amount. Do not treat old or unclear-provenance objects as ordinary souvenirs.
Ask before bargaining or photographing makers, workbenches and detailed designs. An open market is not permission to copy creative work.
Hotel transfer and overseas shipping
Separate small pieces and protect lids, handles and narrow necks; keep cartons dry. Before overseas shipping, confirm dimensions, declaration, insurance, taxes and destination restrictions with the carrier, and keep receipts and packing photographs.
A private car reduces transfers for groups and fragile purchases. A multilingual guide can assist with context and orders, but payment, insurance and customs responsibilities remain with buyer, seller and carrier.
